The Board is very excited to announce that we will be starting the lobby project this Monday, April 27th. The project should take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.  We will do our best to keep the noise level low.

All questions should be directed to our super Mike during the project.  There will always be access to one entrance to the lobby way and we will likely keep the door on the far end of the first floor open to allow additional access to the building.  At the end of the project we will have a brand new lobby, which will be exemplary of the future improvements that will be made to our building which we understand is an important investment for all owners.  If you have any questions you can also feel free to email me at ajamadio@aol.com.  Our president, Kathy Trakas, can be reached at ktrakas@aol.com.
